La Lechere is a 4 star Guest House Situated in Phalaborwa . At La Lechere Guest House we offer seven luxury en-suite double rooms. Stylishly decorated with modern African furnishing as well as our large executive suite. All rooms are air-conditioned and have private entrances in addition to a private patio that leads to the tropical garden
All rooms overlook the relaxing pool and waterfall and are equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, hairdryer, complimentary biscuits, tea and coffee facilities.
A full English breakfast plus fresh fruit salad, cereal and yoghurt is included in the room rate and is served daily from 7-9am on the wooden deck overlooking the pool. A convenient breakfast pack can be arranged if guests choose to depart before 7am.
Description of Surroundings:
From La Lechere Guest House it is only a 7 minutes drive to the Phalaborwa gate of Kruger National Park and as such a convenient place from which to explore the Park, to explore the region or simply a relaxing place to stay in town for business or your holiday.

Het was voor ons zeer verrassend dat er twee honden los rondliepen op het terrein. Ik begrijp dat de eigenaren op het terrein wonen en dat de honden hun huisdieren zijn, maar de honden kwamen regelmatig blaffend op ons afgerend. Hierdoor voelden we ons niet echt welkom, bijvoorbeeld wanneer we naar de bar wilden gaan.
Daarnaast vonden we het ook niet prettig dat er tijdens het ontbijt een hond rondliep en poepte bij het ligbed naast het zwembad, terwijl je daar juist wilden gaan liggen.
Als we vooraf hadden geweten dat er twee honden los op het terrein rondlopen, hadden we voor een andere locatie gekozen. Dit was voor ons een belangrijk aspect dat we vooraf graag hadden willen weten.
PS: Mocht dit wel op de (eigen) website vermeld staan, dan hebben wij deze informatie helaas niet kunnen vinden.
