We had a wonderful experience in Namibia, we experienced a very friendly camper hire company. With no hassle procedures when returning the car. We announced a broken window from the first car we got in the first week (since the booked one was not available), and the price was reasonable for repair compared to PG glass company in Namibia which we quoted as well. We have the Europeesche Insurance so we will try to file for reimbursement if possible.
After a week Britz came to change the camper to a “Trax” we got a Navi in the first week.
We unfortunately had no good cellphone reach so were a little surprised to have a change over in the evening at a campsite which we stayed, but even this procedure went very smooth.
