Mount Camdeboo Private Game Reserve is situated in the Graaff-Reinet district, a mere 280 km (approximately 3 hours) travel by road from nearby city, Port Elizabeth, and is also easily accessed by air from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.

From Port Elizabeth, take the N2 to Cape Town, turn right onto the R75 and then right onto the R63. Continue for 5 km and then turn left onto the Petersburg dirt road.
