Onze bos lodges, Valamanzi en Zingela zijn luxe accommodaties, u kunt er voor kiezen om zelf te koken of gebruik te maken van één van onze chefs. Beide lodges hebben van het South African Grading Council 3 sterren gekregen.
De Valamanzi safari bruiloft en conferentie ruimte is een perfecte locatie en biedt ruimte aan 130 gasten.
Valamanzi lodge biedt privé chalets aan voor maximaal 19 gasten. Alle drie de chalets hebben een 2 persoons bed en 2 aparte bedden met een badkamer en volledig ingerichte keuken. Elke chalet heeft een buiten barbecue voor de echte Zuid Afrikaanse smaak. Het hoofd chalet heeft een king en queen size bed, één apart bed en een serre met twee bedden. De geweldige privé balkons kijken uit op een dam, vanwaar u kunt genieten van dieren voederplaatsen en de vele verschillende soorten vogels. Er is een zwembad, een openhaard met een centrale diner ruimte, bar en DSTV. Het gezamenlijke buiten dek biedt u de gelegenheid om de geweldige zonsondergang te zien en de water lelies van Valamanzi’s dam.
Zingela is geschikt voor groepen en individuele gasten. Zingela beschikt over drie queen slaapkamers en vier 2 persoons slaapkamers. Op het grote balkon kunt u genieten van de prachtige uitzichten op de dam, het bos en de geweldige zonsopkomsten. De grote wilde vijgen bomen zorgen voor een enorme luifel over de centrale buitenplaats en het braai gedeelte. De centrale diner ruimte met bar en DSTV zijn gunstig gelegen voor perfect entertainment. Uitgestrekte grasvelden leiden u naar de warme wateren van het zwembad, de rivier en de lager gelegen dam.

Valamanzi’s safari wedding and conference centre is the perfect venue to host up to 130 guests.
Valamanzi lodge offers private secluded chalet accommodation for a maximum of 19 people. Each of the 3 cabins has a double bed and two single beds with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. In additional each chalet has its own outdoor barbeque area for a real South African flavour. The main chalet has a king and queen bed en-suite with an additional single bed and sunroom with two beds. The stunning private balconies overlook the dam where guests can view game drinking or feeding as well as a wide array of African bird life. The lodge has a sparkling swimming pool, indoor fireplace with a central dining, bar area and DSTV. The stunning main sundown deck provides exceptional game viewing over the water lilies of Valamanzi’s dam.
Zingela is perfect for groups of guests or private individuals. It has three en-suite queen bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms. A large wrap around balcony will enthral visitors with the views of the dam, bush and exquisite sunrises. The huge wild fig trees form a wonderful canopy over the central courtyard and braai area. The dining and bar area with DSTV are conveniently located for excellent entertainment. Expansive lawns flow down to the warm swimming pool waters, river and dam below.
Kawalata wild park ligt op 3,5 uur rijden ten noord westen van Johannesburg in de prachtige Waterberg Mountains van de Limpopo provincie. Het park beslaat 13000 hectare en beschikt over 4 van de welbekende “big five” , t.w. buffalo, neushoorn, luipaard en olifant. De rustige omgeving heeft veel rivieren en dammen waar u verschillende soorten vogels en dieren vindt. Kwalata is een droom safari bestemming en u kunt hier prachtige foto’s maken en genieten van de rustige omgeving in de Afrikaanse bush. Het milde klimaat en de Zuid Afrikaanse zonneschijn zijn hartverwarmend voor elke Europeaan.
Andere leuke activiteiten zijn onder andere, rijden op de rug van een olifant, paardrijden, quad safari’s, spa behandelingen of een bezoek aan het fok project van de witte leeuw. Boek activiteiten bij aankomst of zo snel mogelijk.

Kwalata Wilderness is an expansive game farm located 3.5 hours North West of Johannesburg in the beautiful Waterberg Mountains of the Limpopo Province. Our 13 000 hectare farm boasts 4 of the Big 5 including Buffalo, Rhino, Leopard and Elephant as well as diverse plains game. DIRECTIONS TO KWALATA WILDERNESS:
Follow the N1 to Polokwane
Take the Marble Hall/ Nylstroom turn off at the tollgate. Go through the tollgate on the far left.
Travel through Nylstroom.
Continue on to Vaalwater.
Stop at the Big 5 centre to check into the Kwalata Wilderness Office or call the office as you pass through.
Proceed through Vaalwater; just as you are about to leave Vaalwater turn right, away from the shopping centre with Zeederberg Spar & Total Garage on your left hand side.
Turn right on to the R33 and continue on the tar road for 33km.
Turn right onto the dirt Visgat road. (If you see the signs for Poer se Loop turn back)
Travel for approx 11km on the dirt road to the T-junction.
Turn left at the T-junction (you will see the Kwalata directional sign) and continue for 23km to the gate.
After the T-junction continue straight past the Success road on the right.
After approximately 23km of dirt road you will see the Kwalata main gate on your right recessed from the road.
This gate has a thatched roof.
Should you miss the main gate approx 3km further is the "Office" gate which is closest to Valamanzi.
The trip is approximately 3.5 hours from Johannesburg if you leave at midday.
If you leave after that you can add on up to 90 minutes for rush hour traffic.
Please note that there is limited cell phone reception on the farm and on the dirt road.
