By Road:

Follow the N1 North from Johannesburg or Pretoria until you reach the Nylstroom/Modimolle off-ramp (R33).

Head North through Nylstroom to Vaalwater.

On the North side of Vaalwater follow the R33 to the right.

After + 10 km turn right on the gravel road to Dorset.

Proceed slowly as there is often game on the road, take the first turn off to the left (marked to Visgat).

Follow this road through Visgat until you pass the Sukses road (on your right.

Continue on until the road bends to the right.

Enter Bushman’s Hide between the first and second chevrons.

By Air:

Bushmans Hide Domestic Airport is a 1.2 km packed gravel strip on a ridge across the valley from the camp. Private Charters are welcome to land at Bushmans Hide Domestic Airport but pilots must sign an indemnity form before landing. Please contact the resort for more information.

The concrete runway pad is located at 23°54'18.90"S 28° 5'39.95"E. There is a large orange windsock located midfield.

Please make a low pass prior to landing to ensure that the there is no game on the field. Alternately contact Bushman's Hide by radio when entering the vicinity so a transfer vehicle can meet you on arrival and help ensure a clear runway.
