Rhino Walking Safaris specialises in luxury walking safaris in 12,000 hectares of pristine bushveld in the only wilderness concession in the Kruger National Park. The concession shares a 15km unfenced boundary with the famous Mala Mala and Sabi Sands reserve, with an abundance of Big 5 wildlife moving freely between the two reserves. There are 3 types of accommodation at Rhino Walking Safaris. Rhino Post Safari Lodge has 8 beautiful chalets overlooking a riverbed and offers daily game drives in open 4 x 4 vehicles. Plains Camp is situated 1/2hr further into our concession and it is from here that we do our walking safaris. Guests stay in 4 African Explorer luxury tents. From Plains Camp there is an optional extra to walk to our Sleepouts, where you can sleep on elevated wooden platforms under the stars.
