Gasten kunnen genieten van een georganiseerde Big 5 safari, safari te paard, quadbike safari’s en luchtballon safaris bij 2 aangrenzende 12000 ha grote BIG 5 Privé Game Reserves (3 km en 15 km).
Bij Botsbotse zelf kunt u een Eco Bush safari doen op eigen gelegenheid . Zonder de roofdieren is Botsebotse ideaal voor een echte leerzame safari. U leert om de Afrikaanse bush lief te hebben. Het gebied van zo’n 1400 ha biedt u de unieke ervaring om uw eigen safaris, wandelingen en safari’s per fiets te doen, zodat u kunt meer dan 300 vogelsoorten en 450 wilde dieren kunt spotten en fotograferen.

U vindt er dieren zoals bijvoorbeeld het wrattenzwijn, de karakal, de jakhals, de gnoe, de zebra, het eland, de waterbok, de giraffe en nog veel meer. Deze dieren bezoeken Botsebotse Bush Retreat dagelijks. Gasten kunnen ook kiezen voor een georganiseerde safari naar het wereldberoemde De Wildt.

Golfers zijn verwend in dit gebied en kunnen kiezen uit 2 uitstekende eersteklas 18-hole golfbanen, waar de dieren vaak vrij rondlopen over de baan (2 km en 10 km). Een aantal goede spa’s zijn aanwezig in een straal van 2 kilometer voor diegenen die zichzelf willen laten verwennen. Faciliteiten bij het Zebula Clubhouse (2 km) zijn 2 tennisbanen, een squashbaan, een groot zwembad en een sportschool. De lokale skydiving club, een kleine 50 minuten rijden vanaf Botsebotse, biedt skydiving en tandem skydiving aan voor alle niveau’s, van beginners tot gevorderden, met ervaren instructeurs in de buurt.

We are situated in the Zebula nature Reserve and Golf Estate and directions are as follows. Take the N1 from Pretoria or Polokwane. Take the R516 turn off to Warmbaths / Bela Bela, turn left going towards Bela-Bela (Warmbaths). At the T-junction, the waterfront will be in front of you, turn right. Go over the bridge, first robot left. Follow the road around a sharp right bend. At the next road turn left, go past the Aventura Resort on your left. At the roundabout, turn left for the road to Thabazimbi. Drive approximately 35 km passing the Mabalingwe Game Reserve on your right. Turn right at the tar road on your right that says Rooiberg, with a large Zebula Sign on the corner of the turn off. Drive approximately 4 km and turn right at the stop street at the large Zebula sign. Approximately 5 km down the newly tarred road the ZEBULA gate will be on your right hand side.
